The giving up diet

Why give up?
There are things about everyones behaviour that they need to give up. Living life, one tends to rack up behaviours that are counterproductive. The stress we have in our own mind is the first thing we need to give up. That is totally on us to stop. We can think of anything, why would we choose to suffer?
So, therefore, I propose a list of things that we do that we should give up and stick by rules that we shouldn't do them.
This is a personal list, so I recommend not sharing your progress with anyone or jamming it down others throats.
No caffiene, or any other mental stimulant
Caffeine, while often celebrated for its ability to boost alertness and productivity, can have significant negative effects on both physical and mental health. Regular consumption can lead to increased anxiety, disrupted sleep patterns, and dependency, making it difficult to function without it. It can cause heart palpitations, elevated blood pressure, and digestive issues like acid reflux and stomach irritation. Over time, caffeine can deplete essential nutrients like calcium and magnesium, while also contributing to adrenal fatigue as the body becomes increasingly stressed from constant stimulation. The crash that follows the initial energy boost often leads to decreased productivity and mood swings, creating a cycle of dependency that can be difficult to break.
No Snacks
A diet focused on fruits, vegetables, and lean meats is particularly beneficial for individuals with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) because these foods are generally low in fermentable carbohydrates (FODMAPs) that can trigger digestive symptoms. Fruits and vegetables provide essential fiber that promotes healthy gut motility without the harsh effects of processed grains, while lean meats offer high-quality protein without the added fats and preservatives that can irritate the digestive system. This combination helps maintain stable blood sugar levels, reduces inflammation in the gut, and provides the nutrients needed for optimal digestive health without overwhelming the sensitive digestive tract that characterizes IBS.
No Sugar
Sugar consumption has numerous negative health effects that extend far beyond simple weight gain. When we consume refined sugar, it causes rapid spikes in blood glucose levels, followed by crashes that leave us feeling tired and irritable, while also contributing to insulin resistance over time. This rollercoaster effect can lead to chronic inflammation throughout the body, which is linked to various diseases including diabetes, heart disease, and even certain cancers. Sugar also feeds harmful bacteria in the gut, disrupting the delicate balance of our microbiome and potentially leading to digestive issues and weakened immune function. While fruits contain natural sugars, they should be consumed in moderation as they can still contribute to blood sugar spikes, especially for those with insulin sensitivity or metabolic disorders. The fiber in whole fruits does help slow sugar absorption compared to refined sugars, but excessive fruit consumption can still overwhelm the body's ability to process the natural fructose content effectively.
No thinking bad of yourself
Spliter in The Movie: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Posses the right thinking, only then can one receive the gifts of strength, knowledge, and peace. Anger clouds the mind. Turned inward, it is an unconquerable enemy. You are unique, for you choose to face this enemy alone. But as you face it, do not forget them.
It is the way we think that brings us the most suffering. Each on of us is a unique imprint in this world. Each has their own perspective and knowledge to share. However sometimes that suffering is turn inward and we become paralyzed in our own mind. Never think bad of yourself. You are a miracle.
It's okay to want to be alone. But don't forget them. There are people in this world to reach out to.
No hiding your feelings
Don't bottle up your emotions or suppress your true feelings—when something doesn't feel right or when someone's behavior bothers you, it's important to communicate openly and honestly about how you feel, even if it means having difficult conversations or telling people off when necessary.
No Overspending
Plan out the cheapest way to live. Cut back on food, and buy basic ingredients.
Create a budget that prioritizes essential expenses while eliminating unnecessary costs. Focus on purchasing whole foods like rice, beans, vegetables, and basic proteins that provide maximum nutrition for minimal cost.
No sitting for too long
Get up and stretch every hour. Get out and walk once a day.
