30 Day Pixel Art Animal Challenge

30 Day Pixel Art Animal Challenge

The best way to get better at something is to practice. This is a 30 day pixel art challenge that will have you practice daily. Each day you will draw the animal from this list.

I have made a simple constrained based canvas in Aseprite where each animal is 16x16. Then towards the end of the challenge I increase the size. This is to put contraints on you so you have to become creative about which pixels to place.

For inspiration here is my final artwork.

I changed some days and added extra animals because I had some troubles with some animals.

One pixel can change everything. You can notice that the dolphin and shark look similar, however the dolphin has a pointier nose with that extra pixel.
